Cahn, Belt, & Co. was a successful liquor business located in Baltimore from the 1870s up until Prohibition. Bernard Cahn and Eugene Belt trademarked a number of whiskey labels during their time, including "Maryland Club" and "Pure Rye." As indicated on the Four Bells label, this reference bottle was created sometime after 1906 and before 1918, when Maryland went dry.
